Siemens AG is a German multinational engineering and electronics conglomerate headquartered in Berlin and Munich. The company makes medical diagnostic equipment and its medical health-care division generates about 12 % of its total sales. Siemens employs 360,000 people in 190 countries and has global revenue of approximately €78.3 billion.


To man its operations, Siemens organizes a recruitment process for fresh technical graduates. The Siemens selection process contains Written Test, Technical Interview and HR Interview. A Batch in computer Science/ IT / ECE with minimum 65% marks is mandatory. The aspirant must have scored a minimum of 65% marks in both Class 10 and 12 examinations. Good communication skills are a must along with no academic gap exceeding 1 year.

Siemens Test Pattern

The Siemens selection test frames questions on English (8), Analytical (8), Quantitative (8) and Technical (30), thereby making 54 questions in all. Each part has a separate time limit. No negative marking is applicable here.

In the Siemens selection process test, the English part features reading comprehension passages, fill in the blanks, paragraph completion, errors, vocabulary, etc. In the Analytical part of the Siemens test, one can find puzzles, blood relations, statements - arguments, etc. The Quantitative Ability part contains algebra, time work, speed distance time, arithmetic, percentages, profit loss, geometry, etc. This section is moderate in difficulty but one needs to work fast to finish it in time.

In the Siemens test, the Technical part has questions on C & C++ programming, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, etc. This part is slightly tough and requires good preparation.

Overall, the Siemens selection process test ranges from moderate to difficult.
