Robert Bosch is the world’s largest supplier of automotive components and a German multinational engineering and electronics company measured by 2011 revenues. It produces a wide array of products like automotive, industrial and building.

Bosch has more than 350 subsidiaries across over 60 countries The company began with the opening of Workshop for Precision Mechanics and Electrical Engineering in Stuttgart on 15 November 1886. The next year they made the first low-voltage magneto for stationary petrol engines.


Over 92% of the shares are held by Robert Bosch Stiftung GmbH (a charitable foundation).
The majority of voting rights are held by an industrial trust.

Selection Process:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 3 rounds. These rounds are as follows:

Written Exam
Technical Interview
HR Interview

Written Test:
The aptitude test paper consist of 80 questions in which questions like odd one out, pattern matching, aptitude questions in which questions like arithmetic questions, questions on geometry or questions on information deduction from the given line will be asked. Technical written test questions from C programming , Java ,OS, C, Data Structures, Object Oriented Programming, Computer Architecture etc.

Technical Interview:

This round involves interview questions based on C,C++, mostly Java and data structures. They range from binary trees, graphs , binary search, sorting algorithms , linked lists , interfaces and complexity based questions.

HR Interview: 

The HR Interview would include questions about the company, past experience ,hobbies ,interests and projects. Hard copies of mark sheets and certifications are required to be produced for verification in this round.

Robert Bosch Selection Process

Robert Bosch GmbH, or Bosch, is a German multinational engineering and electronics company headquartered in Gerlingen, near Stuttgart, Germany. Bosch's core products are automotive components, industrial products and building products.

Selection Process:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 3 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
1.    Written Exam
2.    Technical Interview
3.    HR Interview

Eligibility:
1.    7.5 CGPA or above in academics without any back logs.
2.    Specialized in Mechanical, Computer Science, ECE and EEE.

Written Exam:
This Round contains a total of 60 Questions which has to be solved in 60 minutes. In round 1, you will have 3 sections which are as follows:

1.    Technical (1-35)
2.    Numerical (36-47)
3.    General English (48-60).

Technical Round:
In this round, you will be tested in core part of all your subjects. You should have good knowledge on your subjects. The technical round is purely based on your stream. If at all you are IT or CSE then concentrate more on C, CPP and Other languages basics. Don’t forget to give a glance at Operating systems and DBMS.
