Amazon.com, Inc. is an American international electronic commerce company with headquarters in Seattle, Washington, United States. The vast majority of graduate jobs are permanent, although they do offer a small number of contracts for specific projects. There are no limits to career progression .You could take on exciting new challenges in other functions, move into a more senior management role or even work in another of their locations.

They hire graduates into all roles across the business and you can apply for any role that’s open. However, most graduates join them in the following key roles and areas:

1. Area Managers
2. Finance
3. HR
4. IT
5. Customer Service Team Lead
6. Customer Service Workflow Analysts
7. Supply Chain/Transportation

Selection Procedure:


1. A phone interview with the Recruiter, Hiring Manager, someone from the business or someone from one of their agencies. 

2. A written exercise. For more senior roles they’ll ask you to write a few pages in answer to a question. You’ll do this before your interview and they’ll use it as part of the evaluation process.

3. Face-to-face panel interviews with a number of Amazon Managers. They’ll invite you to a hiring day on-site where you’ll be interviewed by people like their Hiring Manager, HR and Recruitment. This stage may call for some prep work or testing. A further telephone interview may follow.
