Genpact Selection Process

Genpact Limited, formerly a GE-owned company called GE Capital International Services or GECIS is an Indian service provider of analytics and research, business process management (BPM), financial risk management, supply chain, procurement, enterprise application services and IT services. Selection Procedure is as follows:

Selection Process:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
  • Written Exam
  • Group Discussion
  • Technical cum HR Interview

Academic Criteria:
70 percent throughout (Class X, XII and Graduation).
Good communication skills.

Written test:
It consists of Quantitative Ability section (consists of questions based on topics such as algebra, time & work, time, speed & distance, arithmetic, percentages, profit & loss, geometry, etc.), English(section consists of short reading comprehension passages. They are easy to solve and answers can be easily found in the passages), logical ability (section checks the reasoning skills of the candidates. The section consists of data interpretation and logical reasoning questions).

Group Discussion
This is second step process to eliminate some of selected people with their communication skills by debating with 10-12 candidates. The duration is 15 to 20 minutes.

Technical cum HR round
After GD is over, this is very important final step for everyone selected candidate goes for face to face interview with CTS technical interviewer to test how good in your technical field. Keep your area of Interest very well to answer perfect answer.
