CapGemini Selection Process

Cap Gemini S.A. is a French multinational corporation headquartered in Paris, France. It provides IT services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services companies with more than 130,000 employees in over 40 countries.

Selection Process:
The company conducts recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 4 rounds. These rounds are as follows:
1.      Written Exam
2.      Group Discussion
3.      Technical Interview
4.      HR Interview


Written Exam:
Aptitude round or written round is conducted by cocubes.com, which consists of Verbal, Reasoning and Quant. It is a mass elimination round. The test involves negative marking so students are advised to answer only those questions for which they are very confident. The cut off is sectional and hence make sure that you do well in every section.

Group Discussion:
The group discussion round is a simple one and students who are able to speak relevant to the topic are usually selected.

Technical cum HR round:
This round is not an easy task. They are not there to test your programming skills. They test your analytical and situational responsiveness.

1.      60 percent throughout (Class X, XII and Graduation).
