Brief About Capgemini And Its Selection Process


Capgemini is a French company headquartered in Paris. It provides IT services and is one of the world's largest consulting and outsourcing companies with more than 130,000 employees in 40 countries. Capgemini was founded by Serge Kampf in 1967 as an enterprise management and data processing company. In 2000, Cap Gemini acquired Ernst & Young Consulting.


The annual Capgemini selection process for new technical recruits has 4 rounds: 
A. Written Exam  

The 90-minute Capgemini Written Test features English Language (25 qst), Quantitative Aptitude (25 qst) and Analytical Ability (30 qst), among a total of 80 questions. No negative marking is levied in the Capgemini selection process as well as  Capgemini Placement Papers.

Capgemini Written Test Pattern

The English Language part in the Capgemini test presents short reading comprehension passages,  followed by easy and direct questions. This part also contains grammatical errors, fill in the blanks, vocabulary, paragraph completion, sentence completion etc.

The Capgemini test contains a Quantitative part comprising data interpretation and logical reasoning questions on puzzles, graphs, charts, tables, etc. The difficulty level here varies from easy to moderate.

The Technical Ability questions are based on C language and Data Structures. In particular, this part can be sometimes difficult and necessitates in-depth knowledge and good preparation to pass it.
Overall, the Capgemini written test is moderate to difficult. The candidates who qualify in the Capgemini test can sit for the next round in the Capgemini selection procedure.
