About Company
Accenture was known as Anderson Consultancy. It was a separate unit of Andersen Worldwide Société Coopérative (AWSC). The tension between Anderson Consultancy and Arthur Andersen was at its peak throughout the 1990s. Andersen Consultancy was upset that it was paying 15% of its profit to Arthur Consultancy every year and also with the newly established business service called Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (AABC) which competed directly with Andersen Consultancy in market share. Andersen Consultancy filed a breach of contract against AWSC and Arthur Andersen and broke all contractualties. As part of the arbitration settlement, Andersen Consulting paid $1.2billion to Arthur Andersen.
Accenture is now a multinational management company. It is the world’s largest consulting service company as measured by revenues. Accenture’s current clients include 89 of the top 100 Fortune Companies and two-thirds of theFortune Global 500 Companies.

Selection Process:
Company conduct recruitment process every year to select new candidates. The selection process of the company consists of 2 rounds. These rounds are as follows: 
Written Exam
HR Interview
Written Test:
English Language section consists of short reading comprehension passages. They are easy to solve and answers can be easily found in the passages. This section also consists of basic grammar usage questions like fill in the blanks, synonyms, antonyms, paragraph completion, sentence completion, vocabulary etc.
Analytical Ability section consists of data interpretation and logical reasoning questions. The section involves easy solving puzzles, graphs, charts, tables, etc.
Quantitative Ability section consists of maths questions from the topics like algebra, time & work, time, speed & distance, arithmetic, percentages, profit & loss, geometry, etc. This section is of moderate level.
Technical Interview:
This round involves interview questions based on C,C++, mostly Java and data structures. They range from binary trees, graphs , binary search, sorting algorithms , linked lists , interfaces and complexity based questions.
HR Interview:

The HR Interview would include questions about the company, past experience ,hobbies ,interests and projects. Hard copies of mark sheets and certifications are required to be produced for verification in this round.
