Genpact Selection Process & Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria - Candidates of all engineering streams are allowed with minimum 70% marks throughout 10th, 12th and graduation. Candidates must possess good communicatino skills.
The selection process of the company consists of 4 rounds - Written Exam, Group Discussion, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The test contains aptitude section ( comprising of english language, analytical ability & quantitative ability ) and technical section of 30 marks each.A minimum cut off is required to reach the next stage.
Technical Interview
The technical interview consists of questions from Database Management Systems, C, and C++.
HR Interview
The HR Interview includes questions about the company, hobbies ,interests and projects. Hard copies of mark sheets and certifications are required to be produced for verification in this round.
