About Mindtree

Founded in 1999, Mindtree is an information technology and business outsourcing company. Services such as data analytics, e-commerce, mobility, cloud enablement, digital transformation, business intelligence are provided by the company. It offices are located in 28 countries with a workforce of over 13000 employees.


Mindtree Selection Process & Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria - Candidate of B.E/B.Tech, MCA and BCA are allowed to sit for the recruitment process. Education gap should not exceed 1 year.

The selection process of the company consists of 3 rounds - Written Exam, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The test is of 40 minutes and contains aptitude and technical sections of 20 marks each. A essay is also o be written for which 10 minutes are allotted. A minimum cut off is required to reach the next stage.


Technical Interview

The technical interview consists of questions from C, Computer Organization and Data Structures.

HR Interview

The HR Interview includes questions about the company, hobbies ,interests and projects. Hard copies of mark sheets and certifications are required to be produced for verification in this round.
