About Wipro

Wipro is a global consulting and IT services firm headquartered in Bangalore, India. It was founder by Mohamed Premji in the year 1945. It provides services such as data analytics, cloud support, business process, information management, product engineering, internet of things, mobility, and infrastructure services. The industrial presence of Wipro can be seen in insurance, media, aerospace, manufacturing retail, transportation, retail, etc. The company was ranked 8th in the Best Companies for Leaders 2015 list in a study by Chally Group. Stocks of Wipro are listed on Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE ) and on National Stock Exchange ( NSE ).

Wipro Selection Process & Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria - Candidates of all engineering streams are eligible to apply. Minimum 50% marks are required throughout 10th, 12th and graduation and there must be no backlogs at the time of applying for the company. 
The selection process of the company consists of 3 rounds - Written Exam, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The test contains aptitude section of 40 questions & technical section of 10 questions. 1 hour is allotted for the test and a minimum cut-off is required to reach the next stage.

Technical Interview

It consists of questions from core subjects Data structure, Operating System, C & C++ programming, JAVA, LINUX, Optical Fiber, DBMS, Microprocessors, etc. The questions are very detailed and proper knowledge of the subject is required to clear this round.

HR Interview

The HR Interview includes questions about the company, hobbies ,interests and projects. Hard copies of mark sheets and certifications are required to be produced for verification in this round.
